Amr Al-Sulaya has staked his claim in Egypt's squad for the World Cup qualifying clash against Ghana but Hosni Abd-Rabou is not certain to be involved, says manager Bob Bradley. Egypt coasted to a low-profile win over African minnows Uganda on Monday, with Ismaili pair Abd-Rabou and Al-Sulaya starting in the midfield of a basically second-string side. Even though he is regarded as Egypt's most important central midfielder, Abd-Rabou is not guaranteed a place against Ghana after spending the majority of the year nursing a knee injury. "Al-Sulaya played a perfect game, excellent 90 minutes. I think he is one of our biggest benefits from the game and will definitely be with us in Ghana," Bradley said. "As for Hosni, he had a relatively fine game. He is training well but matches are different. "I still haven't made my decision about whether he will be with the squad or Ghana or not." Abd-Rabou started Egypt's first three games in the World Cup qualifiers, whereas Al-Sulaya featured in the previous two against Guinea and Mozambique.
