Basel have nothing to report about speculated interest in star winger Mohamed Salah, says sporting director Georg Heitz. Egypt ace Salah lived up to his growing reputation with an impressive Champions League performance at Chelsea last week. Having already dazzled against Tottenham and Chelsea last season, Salah was the subject of English media speculation tipping him for a Premier League move in the near future. "Here we go again! It is always the same as soon as we play a good game in England," Basel transfer guru Heitz was quoted as saying by Swiss media. "There is nothing to report. Moreover, it is not an issue anyway as we won't sell a key player in the middle of the season, Salah or anyone else." Salah, who joined Basel from Arab Contractors for a fee of €2.5million, is regarded as a major future asset for the Swiss champions. The 21-year-old, who is the top scorer of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers in Africa, is currently valued at around €7million.
