Ahli striker Dominique Da Silva looks forward to departing the club this summer as he requested not to take part in further games, manager Mohamed Youssef revealed. Mauritanian forward Dominique, who joined in the summer of 2011, has hardly been a regular for Ahli in the Champions League campaign so far as he was usually tipped to leave. "I sat down with Dominique and he informed me of his desire to leave," coach Youssef told FilGoal.com. "He requested not to take part in games starting with our next warm-up game against Shebin El-Koum on Sunday. "He seems to be distracted and lacking focus and thus will not be able to play in any upcoming games. "In the end, I told him he should get us offers from other clubs, so that we could be able to choose the best one." The 24-year-old Dominique, who is tied down to Ahli till 2015, only came on as a second-half substitute in the club's recent two Champions League matches. He is the only foreigner on the African champions' books following the departure of Ivorian striker Oussou Konan this summer. Ahli take on Congo's Leopards at home on August 31.
