Hull City full-back Ahmed Elmohamady has been ruled out of Egypt's friendly game against Uganda due to an injury. The 27-year-old sustained an injury in Hull's friendly victory over Real Betis on Saturday after featuring for 73 minutes. "Elmohamady says he picked up an injury with Hull. We still need him to deliver a medical report though," Egypt team manager Samir Adli told FilGoal.com. "In the meantime, coach Bob Bradley has called up ENPPI defender Ahmed Sobhi as a replacement." Full-back Sobhi played one time for the Egypt senior team in a 2-1 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying defeat in Sierra Leone in 2011. Egypt meet Uganda in Hurghada on August 14 as they prepare for their last World Cup qualifying group game against Guinea next month.
