Egypt boss Bob Bradley has omitted five players from the squad travelling to Zimbabwe, including Ahli's Walid Soliman. Despite starting Tuesday's warm-up game against Botswana, Soliman failed to make the final squad flying to Harare this week to meet Zimbabwe in the World Cup qualifiers. Zamalek's Hazem Emam was also another notable name omitted, along with Gaish's Ayman Hefni, Smouha Tarek Hamed and Ali Ghazal of Nacional de Madeira. Egypt face Zimbabwe on June 9 before visiting Mozambique in two crucial games that could well see the Pharaohs through to the final stage of the qualifiers.
