Ingredients 1 kg fish fillet (tilapia or sea bass) 1 sachet of Knorr cream of mushroom soup mix 2 tbsp of lime juice 1 tbsp of ginger paste 1 tbsp of garlic paste 2 medium-sized green bell-peppers (chopped) 2 medium-sized tomatoes (cut unto discs) 1tsp crushed black pepper 1/2 cup grated parmesan/mozarella cheese 1/4 cup of parsley (coarsely chopped) Method 1. Combine all the ingredients except the sliced tomatoes and place in an oven-proof baking dish. Arrange the tomatoes all over the fish pieces. Bake for 40 minutes at 180?C. - Dipa's tip:- Feel free to use shrimps as a substitute, backing them in the similar manner. Use any one of the herb combinations mint-corriander or parsley-dill to enhance the flavour of the dish. Try other soup mixes such as vegetable soup or broccoli soup instead.
