ROCCA DI CAMBIO - Italy's Paolo Tiralongo won the seventh stage of the Giro d' Italia at Rocca di Cambio on Saturday, the first summit finish of this year's race. Italy's Michele Scarponi was second and Frank Schleck of Luxembourg third. Ryder Hesjedal became the first Canadian to lead the Giro after finishing the stage fifth. Overnight leader Adriano Malori of Italy was dropped with 15 kilometres to go.
