Cairo--The Government could not compile an accurate inventory of the victims of the January 25 revolution, urging citizens who have lists of the injured to forward them to the Cabinet, a spokesman for the Egyptian Government said on Thursday. "Until now, there are no lists of the dead and the injured of the revolution. Therefore, Prime Minister Essam Sharaf ordered the creation of a special committee to follow up on victims' conditions," added Cabinet spokesman Ahmed el-Saman. He said that there would be an integrated centre to care for the injured and rehabilitate them. "Also a special fund for the revolution's victims was established to support them," said el-Saman. A fact-finding mission has recently said 846 were killed in the revolution and 6,000 injured.
