MECCA, August 9, 2018 (MENA) - The Health Ministry announced Thursday the death of an Egyptian pilgrim, bringing the number of Egyptian pilgrims who died in Saudi Arabia to four. A 45-year-old woman, identified as Amani Mahmoud Abdel Fattah, from Fayyoum governorate, died as a result of a sharp drop in blood circulation and a blood clot in the lung, the ministry's Spokesman Khaled Megahed said in a statement on Thursday. The medical mission's emergency room is coordinating with authorities concerned to issue a death certificate for Abdel Fattah, he added.
