CAIRO, April 26, 2018 - The Chairman of the Canadian Egyptian Business Council (CEBC), and the Egyptian Council for Sustainable Development (ECSD), Moataz Raslan, said in a press statement that the council was preparing for a visit by a business delegation to Slovakia and Poland, in the first week of May, to hold meetings with senior officials from the ministries of trade and industry in Solvakia and Poland. Raslan added that the plan for the visit would be coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassies of Slovakia and Poland. The delegation will include a number of local investors and representatives from big companies in the sectors of tourism, mining, furniture, real estate and logistics. Raslan added that research had been done on the Slovakian and Polish markets, in preparation for the visit. The trade exchange between Egypt and Solvakiawas worth US$200 million in 2016.
