Gazette Staff CAIRO, April 18, 2018 - The Cabinet on Wednesday approved the Presidential decree to get a concessional loan of $168m from a Japanese government agency to support 200 Japanese schools in the country. The loan given by the Japan International Co-operation Agency (JICA) with a grace period of 10 years at one per cent interest will be paid off in 20 years. Minister of Education Tarek Shauoqi said in a press conference following the cabinet meeting that the Japanese schools will open this September.
