Fayez Al-Daba'ani, head of the Egyptian Tax Authority, said that the application of the fourth phase of the e-invoice system will begin on 15 July, in accordance with the mandatory decision No. 396 of 2023. Al-Daba'ani said that the Authority organized these workshops with the aim of assisting in the correct application of the system, providing information on the controls and provisions for issuing e-invoice as required by law, and providing the necessary technical support to taxpayers to issue e-invoice on the actual operating environment, starting from the date of commitment to the system.
