Wadi Degla Developments to launch Club Town in Maadi
The project's total investments amount to EGP 1.5bn
Published in Daily News Egypt on 13 - 12 - 2022

Wadi Degla Developments announced on Tuesday the launch of Club Town — its latest residential community with total investments of EGP 1.5bn.
Strategically located in New Degla, Maadi — one of Cairo's most luxurious neighbourhoods — Club Town spans over a total area of 70 acres, offering a differentiated living experience for more than 550 families, who will join the wider community of Wadi Degla in the near future.
"I am very proud to introduce a new concept to the real estate market, where we combined our clubs' business to our residential module to offer a new brand to the real estate market — Club Town," said Raymond Ahdy — Deputy CEO of Wadi Degla Developments.
"This residential project is set to be one of the most exclusive and luxurious residential projects in Maadi. Club Town reinforces our project portfolio, which comprises some of Egypt's most refined real estate projects that we have proudly been developing throughout our journey in the Egyptian market since our inception 17 years ago. We've already developed many outstanding residential communities and touristic resorts in strategic locations all around Egypt, and today marks the launch of our newest projects in Maadi with total investments of EGP 1.5bn."
Raymond went on to explain that the company has allocated 70 acres of its six million sqm land bank for the development of this project.
"Club Town supports social sustainability by providing many amenities and key services to cater to various needs of residents" he added.
The project comprises vast greeneries and robust infrastructure built according to highest standards. On the other hand, Club Town's prime location and proximity to service hubs in Maadi set it apart from other A class residential compounds in Cairo.
The total built-up area of the project is only 5% of its total area, stretching over 70 acres and hosting Wadi Degla Club.
Club Town residents are eligible to enjoy sport amenities and services offered by Wadi Degla Club located in the same plot of land. Other services offered to residents include free-of-charge parking areas, CCTV, around the clock security services, lavish landscapes, ponds, public utilities, and entertainment outlets.
Wadi Degla Developments sees Club Town as a valuable property with high return on investments.
The project also comprises a commercial area and three phases with a total of 550 residential units, including apartments and duplexes ranging from 130 sqm to 220 sqm.
The delivery of Breeze — Phase One of Club Town — is projected to take place between 2024 and 2026. The project is in close proximity to the service hubs of Maadi, including a notary office, hospitals and medical centers, schools, hypermarkets, among others.
Club Town is also only five minutes away from the Cairo-Sokhna Road, 20 minutes from New Cairo, and 30 minutes from Cairo Airport.
Raymond added that 2022 and 2023 will see new launches, new deliveries of more than 1,500 units in different projects, and aggressive expansion and operational plans for the company.
"We always aim to be the most distinguished and highly valued developer in Egypt. Our projects are based on extensive marketing research before introducing any new products to the market. With vast expertise and deep knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt, we develop sustainable residential units with different space options to cater to different needs of customers. Our residential projects are located in prime locations all over Egypt and are equipped with the best-in-class utilities and services," he concluded.
