The Creative Industry Summit (C-S) concluded its 12th edition, accomplishing exceptional success by gathering leading experts in various industries locally, regionally, and internationally. The Summit exhibited inspiring creative expertise, allowing attendees, from students to CEOs, to exchange experience. Hence, participants are motivated to unleash their creative potentials, lead their sectors and become the core of the creative economy in their communities. C-S 2021 took over the Nile Ritz Carlton, Cairo from 28 November to 1 December. The Creative Industry Summit hosted variety of officials, leaders, experts, and entrepreneurs in various fields, including Osama bin Ahmed Nugali, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Egypt; Amr Nassar, former Minister of Industry and Trade; and Saudi entrepreneur Kaswara Al-Khatib, Chairperson and CEO of UTURN Entertainment. Also, the Summit featured multiple artists, such as Ryan Reynolds, Hollywood actor and producer; Reese Witherspoon, Oscar-winning actress; Adam Elsharkawy, the American-Egyptian actor best known for "Big Zee"; Egyptian actors Amina Khalil and Ahmed Amin; Egyptian filmmaker Amr Salama; and famous rapper Wegz. Salama announced the launch of the upcoming edition of the Creative Industry Summit in Saudi Arabia next February; in order to embrace creativity in the development of diverse industries and thus support the development of the Arab world. C-S 2021 has managed to bring together 2,700 speakers representing 21 tracks, along with 1,800 attendees. The summit featured 8 workshops and 53 panel discussions, highlighting inspiring successes.
