The View Real Estate launches EPIC Compound with EGP 1bn investments

The View Real Estate has launched its residential compound, EPIC, in Sheikh Zayed, 6th October City, with total investments exceeding EGP 1bn.
The move comes as part of the company's expansion plans in Egypt. According to the company's CEO Adel Galal, the new residential project will be executed over an area of 15 acre in Zayed City on the Cairo-Alexandria Road.
It is comprised of all kinds of luxurious residential units, includes stand alone villas, and town and twin houses, all units ranging from 200 to 400 sqm.
He explained that the project is being implemented according to an area that is 20% building and 80% green spaces. This is in addition to a green area of 500 sqm for each independent villa; a walkway; a bicycle track; children's play area; artificial lakes; a gym; in addition to a shopping mall, entertainment, and services area in a unique location inside the project.
Galal noted that the project implementation period is three years, and will take place over two phases, with construction on the project scheduled to start by the end of this year.
He noted that the company offers a variety of payment systems to suit the purchasing power of the target customers, with advances starting from 0% and facilities up to 10 years.
Galal added that his company is studying a number of investment opportunities available in the Egyptian real estate market. It is looking to expand the portfolio of new projects during the coming period.
He further explained that the company is focusing on launching a different urban community in terms of distance and with construction equipment and modern systems. This new project seeks to provide all the fulfillment of the client's desires.
