Mohamed Hossam El Ehwany and Bahaa Ezzelarab's appointments come despite the unprecedented global situation in the last few months due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. El Ehwany, who joined the firm in 2018, specialises in corporate/M&A and finance, and has developed significant experience leading national and international law firms. He advises clients mostly active in energy related sectors. Ezzelarab, who also joined the firm in 2018, specialises in international arbitration, international investment law, legislative and regulatory compliance and reform, corporate law, public international law, renewable energy, agency and distribution.
