Landmark Sabbour signed a contract with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) to provide leasing and consultancy services for its project Three Sixty – Business and Leisure Park.
It is a mixed-use development project with a built-up area of 85,000 sqm, spreading over 55,000 sqm of land. Three Sixty offers retail, offices, medical spaces, and serviced apartments.
Located 42 km away from Cairo, the project is strategically located on the main road, named Mohamed Bin Zayed, leading to the Ring Road and the New Administrative Capital's governmental hub. Sitting at the heart of the area's Golden Square, surrounded by top-tier residential compounds, Three Sixty will see a total of EGP 2bn investment, and is expected for delivery by the fourth quarter (4Q) of 2022.
Landmark Sabbour, established in 2007, penetrated markets in Dubai and Barcelona with a total of 5,000 units covering 3m sqm, including its Egyptian residential, hospitality, administrative, and commercial ventures in Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh, and the North Coast.
The JLL will also stand as the complex's leasing consultant, while being responsible for implementation and contract management, said Landmark Sabbour's founder and chairperson Ahmed Sabbour.
"We are thrilled to establish a collaboration with such an esteemed entity, something that serves our progressive and innovative vision at Landmark Sabbour," he added.
"This project aims to cater to the dynamic, ever-changing Egyptian market. It highlights our efforts in not only responding to the local demand, but offering premium-quality, sustainable services by partnering with a competent name such as JLL– who is a prominent expert in this field, ultimately providing customers and tenants with a full-fledged, three-sixty experience," said Amr Sultan, Managing Director of Landmark Sabbour.
Accordingly, Ayman Sami, country head, Egypt at JLL, shed light on the significance of such a collaboration. "At JLL, we pay close attention to the overall experience and not just the conventional way of doing business. Collaborating on such a landmark project, from inception, is a true opportunity to significantly impact the future of the human experience within mixed-use buildings across Egypt," he said.
