New partnership between Shell Egypt, Al-Mansour Automotive

Al-Mansour Automotive—official distributor of Chevrolet and Opel vehicles in Egypt—signed a partnership contract with Shell Egypt to be the exclusive engine oils and lubricants supplier of the company's service centres.
Saher Hashim, managing director of Shell Egypt, said that Shell's partnership with Al-Mansour was an important step in the company's successful history in the Egyptian market. He noted that Al-Mansour Automotive is one of the largest car distributors and importers in Egypt and deals with major international car makers. Based on the new agreement, Shell officially became the sole supplier of engine oils and lubricants at all service centres of Al-Mansour, which ensures providing the best and high-quality engines oils that fit all customers, Hashim stressed.
Adel Khader, CEO of Al-Mansour Automotive, said that the new partnership with Shell Egypt comes in the framework of the company's keenness to provide the best aftersales service to its customers and to ensure the best performance for their cars' engines.
The signing ceremony was attended by Saher Hashem, managing director of Shell Egypt; Adel Khader, CEO of Al-Mansour Automotive Company; Ankush Arora, COO of Al-Mansour Automotive; and Lotfy Mansour, vice president of Al-Mansour Automotive for sales, services, and marketing, as well as other representatives of Al-Mansour Automotive.
Attendees from Shell's side included Sameh Saeb, Shell Lubricants marketing director; Khalid Saif, consumer sector manager; Mahmoud Al-Hadari, sales manager; and Sherif Al-Sherbini, senior sales manager.
Established in 1975, Al-Mansour Automotive is the sole distributor of all General Motors products in Egypt since 2000 and the authorised agent of a number of auto brands, including Chevrolet and Opel, making it one of the largest distributors and importers of cars in Egypt.
