Metawee Group completed 70% of the first phase of Blue Blue El Sokhna Resort project, 24 months ahead of the deadline of the project. The first phase was established on an area of more than 120,000 square metres with investments amounting to EGP 750m. According to Aya Shenawi, marketing manager at Metawee Group, the Blue Blue resort features 12,000sqm of water bodies, including Sea View, Lake View, Blue Island, and Water Front. Shenawi added that Blue Blue also includes many chalets of different sizes, noting that the project's location is distinctive, being away from ports and ships, which will ensure the beach will be always clean. The beach is also sandy to guarantee safety for families. The Blue Blue resort provides other services, including 15 pools distributed over different parts of the resort, a 270-metre-long beach, a mini Aqua Park, and a lazy river, enabling movement inside the resort by small rafts. Shenawi said that Blue Blue Ain El Sokhna has wide green spaces, entertainment services, a gymnasium, playgrounds, concerts halls, a floating walkway, and a mini cinema. In addition, there are many restaurants with panoramic views of waterfalls, as well as several opportunities for shopping.
