The British Junior Squash Open 2017 concluded its final matches on 6 January in Sheffield, England. Six Egyptians won gold medals, and another six Egyptians won silver. In the girls under 13 (G13) final, Egypt's Sana Mahmoud won against her compatriot Nour Aboul Makarim by a score of 3-1 (11-9/9-11/15-13/11-5). Egypt's Omar El-Torky snatched the gold from his compatriot Mostafa Assal, thanks to wining the boys under 15 (B15) final by 3-2 (11-8/9-11/11-6/8-11/11-9). Egypt was the champion of the under 17 and under 19 competitions, as the final matches of both categories, for both the girls and boys competitions, witnessed only Egyptian players. Hania El-Hammay won the G17, after she defeated her compatriot Rowan Reda in the final by 3-2 (4-11/8-11/11-2/11-7/11-5). Youssef Ibrahim won the B17 final against his compatriot Mostafa Montaser with a final score of 3-0 (11-7/11-5/11-5). As for the G19 final, Nouran Gohar beat her compatriot Nadine Shahin by 3-0 (11-6/11-5/11-6). Concluding by the B19 final, Youssef Soliman beat his compatriot Saad El-Din Abou Aish by 3-0 (11-5/11-6/11-5).
