Tabarak Holding for real estate launched its first local real estate exhibition in Mansoura on Friday to market its 12 current projects until Monday, according to chairperson Ali El-Shorbany.
El-Shorbany told Daily News Egypt that the company chose Mansoura owing to the research conducted on the company's clients which found the largest number of clients based there.
The company will hold exhibitions in other governorates in light of Tabarak Holding's strategy to build and provide their clients with opportunities, under the slogan "we build you choices".
El-Shorbany noted that following this strategy will help the company diversify its real estate portfolio to be commensurate with all customers across Egypt.
This is the first time the company has brought itself to the customers by organising a series of exhibitions, beginning with Mansoura.
"The first two days of the exhibition saw a great turnout of Mansoura's clients and we expect more sales," said El-Shorbany. "The company offers instalments and innovative ways of payment over a seven-year period."
Ninety Avenue Project is one of the largest projects that the company is betting on in the coming period. The company has reduced the construction area from 25% to 17% of the total project area, while the remaining area comprises grassy areas, artificial lakes, and wide streets to provide greater privacy for unit owners, giving them a sense of comfort and peace of mind.
The company's second major project is the Capital East project, as it managed to sell 50% of its units during a very short period. This is besides medical clinic tower projects in Maadi and 6th of October cities. So far, the company has succeeded in selling about 30% of the two projects.
