Egyptian real estate leader developer Tabarak Holding is planning to complete its 90 Avenue project by late 2017. The company has started carrying out the project, located in New Cairo district, during the fourth quarter of 2014, with an investment cost of EGP 3 billion. According to Tabarak's Chairman Ali El Shorbani, 90 Avenue project is extended over 200.000 square metres and is worth EGP 750 million located in New Cairo at 90 road facing the new American University in Cairo. Tabarak is set to announce start of booking the units in the project next January, El Shorbani noted. 90 Avenue is at the heart of New Cairo, within walking distance from the new AUC and the surrounding leisure outlets, clubs and schools. The chairman added that the 90 Avenue's design and layout was created by WATG, one of the most famous American architecture firms in the world, and Cracknell Company in Dubai, which is known for designing great landscaping. Moreover, El Shorbani affirmed that 90 Avenue would be the first project to rely on the sustainable architecture that is run by smart house technology. Sustainable architecture is architecture that seeks to minimize the negative environmental impact of buildings by efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, and development space.
