Published in Daily News Egypt on 30 - 11 - 2015

Seven new real estate developers announced that they will participate in the Amar Ya Masr Exhibition, considered the largest expo in the Middle East for real estate companies.
The companies are 3maer-Egypt, Quartz Group, Heliopolis Developers Group, Amer Group, Zizinia for Real Estate, and Arkan Developers.
The expo is hosted by United Marketing and Organising Exhibitions Company (UNIEXPO) in collaboration with Amar Ya Masr for exhibitions, from 2 to 5 December in Kuwait.
3maer-Egypt Real Estate Investment Company will debut its Nasr City project in the exhibition, according to its chairman Anas Lashin. The project is for a city built on an area of 5 acres on the outskirts of Cairo's Nasr City suburb, and consists of 33 buildings in a quiet area.
Arkan Developers will also debut a new project in the expo, which the Chairman of its Board Osama Kotb said is a culmination of 15 years of experience accumulated by the company in the field of real estate development.
The project is considered the first unique mall of its kind that specialises in construction, finishing, and decoration. It will allow anyone who wishes to build or finish their apartment, villa, office, or shop to find everything they need in one place.
Kotb said the mall is located in the new Heliopolis city on an area of 2 acres and includes more than 250 stores of varying sizes to provide investors and service providers with various commodities.
Mostafa Badr, General Manger of Quartz Group, said the group will offer a variety of real estate units at the expo.
Amer Group will also join the expo and its Vice President Omar Amer said the division into Amer Group and Porto Group will allow the launch of a variety of new products in the market.
Meamar Group, considered one of the leading real estate companies in New Cairo, is also expected to present new projects during the expo.
Also participating is Heliopolis Developers Group, which is a coalition of a number of companies that represents the largest and most successful real estate developers that contributed over 10 years in the reconstruction of New Cairo City, with investments that exceeded EGP 600m.
Zizinia for Real Estate will also participate in the expo. The company is one of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt since 1998 and executed five projects, including three residential projects in Fifth Settlement.
The expo is organised under the auspices of Egyptian Ambassador to the State of Kuwait Yasser Atef, and Sheikh Nimr Fahd Malik Al-Sabah, Assistant Undersecretary for International Organisation Affairs and Foreign Trade at Kuwait's Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
