Serbian Novak Djokovic maintained the world title for the fourth time in his career. The win was his second in a row, to keep his number one world ranking, with a score of 15285 points. Djokovic was handed the world number one cup in London, where the final tournament for professionals was held, with the participation of the world's top eight players for 2015. Djokovic had achieved the world title in the years 2011, 2012, and 2014, in addition to this year's title, which he considered one of his finest seasons in which he reaped 10 titles so far, including three Grand Slam titles (Australian, Wimbledon, United States). Bob Bryan and Mike Bryan already have won the tournament four times previously in 2003, 2004, 2009, and 2014, while the American duo Peter Fleming and John McEnroe hold the record of wining this tournament seven times, holding the championship from 1978 to 1984.
