SAS forges alliance with Maven Partners

CAIRO: SAS Middle East, a provider of business analytics software and services, entered into a strategic partnership with Maven Partners, which specializes in the application of quantitative methods to growth and optimization issues of enterprises.
Maven Partners “aims to further penetrate the customer intelligence domain of various industry verticals across the region,” according to a statement.
The alliance will offer key services including the development of joint intellectual property in the areas of advanced optimization and forecasting models; analytical capability building programs and conducting industry events and surveys to track customer intelligence trends across the region.
According to SAS senior officials, the partnership is key to the company's channel partner expansion. The SAS Channel Program aims to help partners drive in more business value for its clients, with a particular focus on the region's SME sector.
Maven Partners currently offers support in analytics and customer intelligence domains through the application of quantitative methods to help stir in revenue growth and retention strategies, the statement read.
The company said that the combined capabilities of SAS and Maven Partners strategically complement each other and will enhance the value offered to customers.
“The partnership between SAS and Maven Partners will help give a big boost to our Channel Partners Program, as it primarily focuses on developing a stronger market presence in the customer intelligence domain of various industries across the Middle East,” said Amir Sohrabi, Alliances & Partner Development Manager, SAS Middle East.
“Companies and organizations in the region are displaying key vibrancy in the segments they operate in. The increase in economic activity has also created an increased demand for effective and reliable customer intelligence and business analytical software that can help guide these businesses.
