CAIRO: Aluminum, ENPPI and Masri won their League games this week, securing their place in next year's round. Aluminum moved a step closer to securing top-flight safety after claiming a 2-0 home victory over Ittihad in the Egyptian League on Wednesday. Ittihad dominated the first-half but couldn t convert their chances. Aluminum took advantage of the visitors wastefulness to secure all three points. Midfielder Mostafa Abbas and Ibrahim Abdul-Raheem scored the winning goals. After this game, Aluminum has no relegation worries as they moved to the 10th spot with 26 points, six clear of the relegation zone. Ittihad is in a critical position as they lie in 12th place on 22 points. On the same day, ENPPI crushed Baladeya 3-0 at home, compounding the misery of the Mahalla-based club.
