Moawad's destination unknown
Published in Daily News Egypt on 30 - 03 - 2008

CAIRO: Ismaili board member Sayed Al-Qammash said on Friday that Sayed Moawad's destiny is out of the club s hands.
The Egypt full-back has joined Turkish side Trabzonspor on a loan deal until the season s end after his attempt to move to Cairo giants Al Ahly fell through.
Trabzonspor are the ones who will decide on Moawad's future, Al-Qammash told FilGoal.com.
They have an option to buy him if they paid $900,000 after the end of the season.
Former Ismaili chairman Yehia Al-Koumi initially agreed to sell Moawad to Ahly, prompting furious reactions from the club s fans, who consider the Red Devils as their fierce rivals.
Al-Koumi backtracked on his decision later on before submitting his resignation to Ismailia governor.
There has been widespread speculation that Moawad may fulfill his dream of joining Ahly when he ends his loan term with Trabzonspor.
Ahly have nothing to do with the whole matter, Al-Qammash insisted.
Meanwhile, Al-Qammash has rebuffed rumors indicating that Trabzonspor have tabled a bid to sign in-form midfielder Hosni Abd-Rabou.
There are some clubs interested but we are yet to receive any concrete offer.
