The chairman of Semiramis Hotels Company Abdul Aziz Al Sulaiman and General Manager of Semiramis InterContinental Michel Tourniaire recently hosted a gala in cooperation with Peace and Plenty Association (Kheir Wa Baraka Association). The guest of honor was legendary French-Armenian singer, songwriter, actor and activist Charles Aznavour and the event took place at the Cairo Opera House, celebrating a century of the Semiramis legend and 20 years of InterContinental hospitality. The gala evening was followed by a rare concert from Aznavour, who was accompanied by Lama Al Sulaiman, Dalia Al Sulaiman, Ahmed El Gindi and Tourniaire to cut anniversary cake. Sponsors included Orange and Orascom Telecom; all proceeds went to Kheir Wa Baraka.
