KUALA LUMPUR: A new study published by international condom manufacturer Durex revealed that Thailand men and Nigerian women are the most unfaithful in the world, with 54 percent and 62 percent, respectively, admitting to cheating on their spouses. South Korean men were second at 34 percent, while Malaysian men came in third with 33 percent admitting to extramarital affairs. Thai women were second behind Nigerian women in cheating, beating their male counterparts with 59 percent admitting to having relations with someone other than their husband. In Malaysia, women also topped their male counterparts, with 39 percent also confessing to having gone outside their marriage. Russian women came fourth at 33 percent while Singaporeans are fifth at 19 percent. An independent survey also conducted in Africa by AE affirms the fact that Nigeria with a population of over 160 million tops the chart for cheating women. Corruption and a general distrust amongst citizens is largely responsible for this, that report said.
