Egypt's state-owned Nasr Company for Civil Works (NCCW) plans to deliver 11 infrastructure projects, including a number of drinking water and sewage plants within 2018, its chairman Hani Hammad said Saturday. Nasr for Civil Works provides construction and development services for infrastructure projects related to energy, utilities, housing, and roads. It was established in 1965 by presidential decree No. 259. "The company started carrying out these plants in Cairo and other governorates during the last period," Hammad further stated. As for the first sewage plant, the Egyptian official referred that it is currently being implemented in Dekernes City in Dakahlia, 20km (12.4 miles) east of Mansoura, at a cost of 75 million Egyptian pounds (4.2 million). The Egyptian official added that NCCW is carrying out the second sewage plant in El Senbellawein City in Dakahlia, 20km (12.4 miles) south of Mansoura, at a cost of 85.500 million pounds. As for the drinking water stations, NCCW is executing the first station in Aga City in Dakahlia, at a cost of 190.500 million pounds, Hammad said, referring that the second station is located in Mit Badr Khamees in Mansoura, at a cost of 85.503 million pounds.
