Egypt's property developer First Group has promoted around 65 percent of Kenz Compound project in Sixth of October City, its chairman Bashir Mustafa told Amwal Al Ghad on Friday. "The flagship is established on a space of 30 feddans," Mustafa further made his remarks on the sidelines of Next Move Egypt that took place in Cairo from 14-16 December. The Egyptian official referred that Kenz Compound, which will include about 1,350 various housing units, is being carried out in four phase. "The company has completed the first and second phases, while the third phase is currently being implemented," Mustafa said. Besides Kenz Compound, Mustafa added that First Group plans to launch a new commercial, administrative, and medical project in Sheikh Zayed City, at the outskirts of Cairo, early 2018 "The company's total land portfolio encompasses 200 feddans," he noted.
