Egypt's top investment officials met on Thursday with Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al-Thani, chairman of the Qatari Businessmen Association and founder of Al Faisal Holding, to explore opportunities for expanding Qatari investment in the country. Hossam Heiba, CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), and Ghada Nour, Assistant Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, welcomed the Qatari business delegation, which included the CEO of ARTIC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Al Faisal Holding. The officials reviewed the latest developments in Egypt's investment climate and highlighted reforms aimed at attracting more foreign direct investment, simplifying procedures, and strengthening private sector participation in development. Sheikh Faisal expressed his group's interest in expanding its investments in Egypt, outlining the company's growth plans for the country.
