Egypt's Ministry of Housing announced on Sunday the offering of 17 plots for craftsmen, each measuring 300 sq meters, in the Seventh District of New Minya City, alongside 53 workshops with areas ranging from 13 to 29 sq metres in October Gardens City. Housing Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny noted that the move aims to create job opportunities, support small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide diverse services in new urban communities, as per a Cabinet statement. The New Minya City Authority said interested parties can obtain the terms booklet, visit the sites during working hours. It added that the plots will be auctioned on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, the announcement added. The October Gardens City Development Authority added that the workshops will be allocated under a five-year usufruct agreement, with public auction sessions scheduled for Wednesday, October 1, and Thursday, October 2, 2025.
