Egypt's General Authority of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Bureau of Industrial and Labour Affairs of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to cooperate in the field of green hydrogen. The agreement was signed in the presence of Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly and Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike. The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation from both environmental and economic perspectives through the exchange of expertise, knowledge, and information. It also seeks to stimulate market demand, support hydrogen applications, and encourage visits and deeper collaborative relations between the two sides.
