Egypt's Misr El Kheir Foundation has signed a cooperation protocol with Omaret Misr for Scientific Research and Community Development to enhance the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market, the Cabinet said in a statement Thursday. The agreement, signed in the presence of Minister of Labour Mohamed Gobran, aims to support the integration of persons with disabilities into the labour market in line with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives and Egypt's Vision 2030 goals. Under the agreement, the Ministry of Labour will identify target disability groups, provide training locations, and secure job placements. Misr El Kheir will fund the programme and nominate candidates, while Omaret Misr will develop training content, supply trainers, oversee implementation, and assist with job matching. The parties also agreed to leverage their digital and physical infrastructure to support training delivery and ensure coordinated data sharing and programme oversight.
