Egypt's Minister of Labour Mohamed Gobran met with the Executive Director of the National Training Academy (NTA) Rasha Ragheb to explore cooperation and future programmes, the Cabinet announced in a statement. The discussions focused on ongoing collaboration in vocational training and qualification programmes, as well as new prospects for partnership aimed at addressing evolving labour market demands. Gobran reviewed the ministry's efforts to implement vocational training initiatives for employment, particularly those designed to equip youth with the skills required by the private sector and emerging work patterns. These efforts, he noted, align with the directives from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to invest in human capital in cooperation with local and international development partners, as stated in the document. Ragheb highlighted the NTA's achievements in delivering specialised training programmes and its role in supporting Egypt's strategy to foster economic and social development. She expressed interest in deepening cooperation with the Ministry of Labour to train and qualify youth for both domestic and international job markets.
