European dockworkers refuse to handle military cargo

Dockworkers in Genoa, backed by international solidarity, succeeded in blocking the unloading of military cargo in Italian ports. The union USB confirmed that the weapons containers will be returned to Asia, and cancelled a planned strike. The marks a significant win in USB's broader campaign to stop Italian ports from supporting global conflicts.
