Egypt's Minister of Public Business Sector Mohamed Shimi held a meeting with the newly appointed board of directors of El-Nasr Housing and Development firm as part of the ministry's strategy to improve performance by introducing new leadership and leveraging high-calibre talent across its subsidiaries. The meeting reviewed the status of several ongoing projects being implemented by the company independently or in partnership with the private sector. Discussions also addressed key challenges facing some developments and explored ways to overcome them to boost the company's competitiveness and secure sustainable returns. Shimi directed the company to prepare a clear plan for optimising its portfolio of real estate assets in order to maximise revenues and ensure the best possible economic use.
