Egypt's Health Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar is closely monitoring the aftermath of the fire that broke out on Monday evening at the Ramses exchange in downtown Cairo, according to a statement by the ministry.

Abdel Ghaffar immediately ordered the activation of the Health Ministry's central emergency room, along with round-the-clock crisis units across governorates, to ensure real-time follow-up and rapid response.
