Egypt Healthcare Authority (EHA) chairman Ahmed El Sobky held a high level meeting with the head of the Arab Union for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Mishaal bin Al-Daihani, according to Egyptian Cabinet. The two sides agreed to sign a strategic cooperation protocol aimed at enhancing collaboration between the Arab Union and relevant Egyptian ministries in crisis and emergency management. It also includes training programmes in disaster response and business continuity for EHA personnel, who will receive certifications from the Arab Union and international bodies. El Sobky noted that the EHA possesses two fully equipped field hospitals capable of hosting practical training sessions, positioning the EHA as a regional hub for healthcare capacity-building.
