Egypt, UNICEF cooperate on curricula-based teacher training

Egypt's Minister of Education Mohamed Abdel Latif met with UNICEF's Head of Education Shiraz Chakera to discuss plans for training teachers on updated curricula and teaching methods, as per a press release from the Cabinet.
The meeting aimed to accelerate the development and implementation of teacher training programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective teaching.
Abdel Latif reiterated the ministry's dedication to utilising international expertise to improve the quality of public education and enhance teachers' skills, with the goal of empowering students and boosting their academic achievements.
