Britain has suspended negotiations on a trade agreement with Israel and summoned the Israeli ambassador in response to the intensifying military campaign in Gaza, the UK government said Tuesday.
Foreign Secretary David Lammy is expected to formally announce the pause in talks, underscoring growing international concern over Israel's expanded operations in the Palestinian enclave.
