Russian stocks decline in Monday midday trade

Russian stocks saw a downturn in Monday's midday trade. The MOEX index dropped by 2.90 per cent to 2,573.48 points by 14:43 Moscow time, while the RTS index also fell by 2.90 per cent to 932.78 points.
