Henry Kissinger: a devil in disguise as a superhero
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 04 - 12 - 2023

Henry Kissinger was the former US secretary of state and national security advisor in the time of Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford between 1969 and 1977.
With his death on Wednesday, America is mourning one of its so-called superheroes.
However, Kissinger is no superhero, but rather he is a devil in disguise that the US is trying to hide his crimes.
Here is a list of the crimes in which Kissinger was involved:
Kissinger and then-President Nixon ordered bombing raids on the neutral Cambodia during the Vietnam war. The Bombing of Cambodia killed 500,000 innocent civilians, and some undetonated explosives are still being found today.
In 1975, the Genocide of East Timor started, in which the US helped in killing 200,000 people. During that genocide, 15 percent of the civilian population were killed by bombing or starvation.
The Bangladesh genocide took place in 1971, in which Kissinger was involved, representing the US government, in the killing of three million people. Moreover, 200,000 women were raped during that genocide.
The Bombing of Laos took place between 1964-1973 during which the US dropped four billion bombs on the country. This makes Laos the most bombed country in history with 200,000 killed.
During the Vietnam War from 1955 to 1975, the US killed three million people. The US also used chemical herbicide "agent orange" which causes birth defects and multiple forms of cancer.
The US also helped in the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974. During these attacks, 200,000 Greeks were displaced, while 6,000 Greeks were killed, and over 1,000 are still missing.
In the Argentina Dirty War in 1974, over 30,000 killed and 30,000 have forcibly disappeared with no trace.
"The illegal we do immediately. The unconstitutional takes a little longer." Henry Kissinger once said.
