ADCB-Egypt selects Temenos for next-generation digital payments

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB-Egypt) has expanded its collaboration with Temenos to offer the next-generation digital payments via Temenos open platform for configurable banking, the company announced in statement on Monday.
ADCB-Egypt will form payments solutions to foster new global standards like ISO20022 and SWIFT GPI. As, it will operate new payment offerings as well as instant and cross-border payments, for ADCB's retail and business customers.
The collaboration with Temenos will permit the bank's internal systems a new quick payments solution, Ihab El Sewerky, managing director and CEO of ADCB Egypt, said.

He added that this step-in line with ADCB-Egypt digital transformation strategy and involvement to being at the vanguard of innovation that distinguishes bank's service, pleasures customers, and meets their increasing demands.

ADCB-Egypt has established a customer-centric digital bank with Temenos that can deliver prominent customer experiences, Mergeai explained.
ADCB-Egypt always eager to embracing the latest technologies and cooperating with the best service suppliers, El Sewerky added.
The bank awarded the Best Digital Transformation Program and Outstanding IT Transformation, and it marked as the fastest growing digital bank. In addition to this, more than half of ADCB's customer transactions are digital.
