Tarb kofta is a traditional Eid al-Adha meal. It is a heavy but delicious dish for family celebrations. Ingredients: One medium onion 1 kg minced lamb 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon spices 1 tablespoon parsley Tarb (lamb fat) 1/4 teaspoon salt Pinch of black pepper 1/2 cup water Recipe 1-Chop the onion and add to the minced lamb. Then add the salt, pepper, spices and parsley. Mix well together and leave for at least one hour. 2-Mold the kofta in finger like shapes, and cut the Tarb into small pieces. Place the kofta fingers inside the tarb pieces and roll each one separately. 3-Stack the fingers on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Add water. 4-Place the baking tray in an oven on medium heat for one and a half hours until cooked. Serve.
