Supreme Council of Culture organizes conference on freedom of thought

The Supreme Council of Culture will organize a conference titled
"Legal protection for the freedom of thought and expression", Thursday at 6pm, Al-Bawaba News reported on Sunday.
Dr. Mohamed Nour Farahat, head of the council's Law Committee, chaired the conference.
Minister of Culture Helmy al-Namnam, Dr. Amal al-Sabban and General Secretary of the Council have participated in the conference with the participation of a large Number of legal experts, lawyers and journalists.
The conference will address themes of "Leading thinkers and innovators opinions", "the international legal regime for the freedom of opinion and expression", the responsibility of the state for violation of this freedom and freedom of opinion.
