The Republic Mufti Shawki Allam, welcomed a US delegation including US Senator Bob Corker, David Kenzilr -Foreign Relations Committee of the Senate -, Sarah Joyner -Office Legislative Affairs Office- in his office of Dar el-Ifta'a, to exchange ideas about how to cope with extremism and terrorism, and ways of cooperation to achieve that, Al-Bawaba News reported. Allam stressed during the meeting that the cooperation between nations and institutions is the only way to counter the threat of terrorism, it also must look deeply into the causes of extremism, especially that terrorism no longer threatens specific countries, but it has become a threat to the entire world.
