The number of Egyptian expatriates who voted in the first day of parliamentary elections' first phase has reached 13,497 voters, Spokesperson to the Higher Elections Committee (HEC), Omar Marawan announced Saturday. He added that the Egyptians abroad voted so far in 114 foreign countries out of 139 countries, noting that the embassies and consulates witnessed a moderate voter turnout. Marawan urged the Egyptians to pursue their right of voting to ensure the success of the final step of the country's road map for the future.
