Egypt's Higher Education Minister Ahmed Abdel Khaliq met with his South Sudanese counterpart on Tuesday to discuss the establishment of an Egyptian university in Juba, Youm7 reported. The Egyptian official expressed his country's keenness to support the new-born African state and to help its students overcome the different challenges facing them to join Egyptian universities. On the other hand, the South Sudanese minister stressed on the need for strengthening the bilateral relations between the two countries during the upcoming period, appreciating Egypt's efforts to support his country.
